Tonight I will have the honor of being present as a speaker at this beautiful evening organized by the Astronomical Observatory of Capodimonte, with the patronage of the Consulate General of the United States of Naplesand with the collaboration of the Union of Neapolitan Amateur Astronomers and theInnerWheelsection of Torre del Greco and Paese Vesuviani, in the presence of the consul for press and culture Karen Schinnerer strong>.
Presentation of the evening
Mirella Orsi, a journalist and scientific communicator, will dialogue with Mariafelicia De Laurentis, from the Federico II University, who will tell us how she photographed a black hole, Lindy Elkins-Tanton, of Arizona State University, who will tell us how we will conquer Psyche, the Neapolitan asteroid, Marcella Marconi, director of INAF - Capodimonte Astronomical Observatory, which will illustrate the research projects of the past and future that Neapolitan and American scientists have developed together, Alessandra Rotundi, of the University of Naples Parthenope, who will tell how Naples arrived on comets, and Clementina Sasso, from the INAF-Astronomical Observatory of Capodimonte, who will lead us to the discovery of the Sun. At the end of the evening, observations of the sky of Naples will follow by the Neapolitan Amateur Astronomers' Union.

The evening received the patronage of the General Consulate of the United States in Naples, the Equality Councilor of the Campania Region, the Equality Councilor of the Metropolitan City of Naples, the Women and Science association and the Neapolitan Women in Science Coordination.
